Reservation Acknowledgment and Charges

  • Reservation Agreement: Acceptance of terms and conditions, including full credit card charges for reservations and no-shows.
  • Charges and Fees:
    • Includes state taxes, transportation fees, administrative fees, tolls, parking, and additional service fees.
    • 20% gratuity and wait time included in the final vehicle rate.
    • Hourly rates charged from garage to garage, referred to as the “full rate”.
    • All deposits are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation and Modification Policy

  • Cancellation Process:
    • Only guaranteed via phone (201-569-7000).
    • Specific notice requirements for Taxi, Sedan, and Specialty vehicles.
    • Full rate charged for failure to cancel within specified time.
  • Modifications:
    • Must be made via phone at least 4 hours prior to pickup.
    • Changes via chauffeurs are not accepted.

3. No-Show and Wait Time Policies

  • No-Show Conditions: Full rate charged if no contact within specified time after reservation.
  • Wait Time Fees: Applicable 15 minutes after prearranged time.
  • Specific Policies for Airport, Cruise Port Arrivals, and Local Taxi Transfers.

4. Additional Charges

  • Late Night/Early Morning and Holiday/Peak Surcharges.
  • Extra Stops Charges: Varies based on vehicle type.
  • Meet and Greet Services: Additional fees for services and parking.
  • NY Congestion and Airport Access Fees: As per state and Port Authority regulations.

5. Rate Adjustments and Vehicle Changes

  • Post-Order Rate Review: Includes tolls, parking fees, additional stops.
  • Vehicle Upgrade Policy: At no charge, subject to availability.

6. Liability and Conduct

  • Company Liability: Excludes uncontrollable circumstances (traffic, weather delays, etc.).
  • Responsibility for Lost Items: Delivery fee for returning lost items.
  • Reservation Termination Policy: In case of endangerment or illegal activities.
  • Client Liability for Damages: Financial responsibility for damages during rental.

7. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Various credit cards and cash.
  • Payment Timing: Due before the beginning of the service.
