- Acceptance of Terms: By creating a reservation with ACS, you agree to these terms and authorize ACS to charge your credit card for all reservation-related charges.
- Charges Include:
- State taxes and transportation fees.
- Administrative fees, tolls, parking, additional service fees, luggage carts, and variable fuel charges.
- 20% gratuity and wait time included in the final vehicle rate.
- Non-refundable deposits.
2. Cancellations and Modifications
- Cancellation Policy:
- Must be done via phone at 201-569-7000.
- 12-hour notice for Taxi and Sedan; 24-hour notice for Specialty vehicles.
- Full rate charged for non-compliance.
- Modifications:
- Must be made via phone at least 4 hours before pickup.
- Changes made with Chauffeurs are not accepted.
3. No-Show Policy
- General No-Show: Charged full rate if not contacted within one hour of reservation time.
- Airport Arrivals: Specific policies for domestic and international flights.
- Cruise Port Arrivals: International arrival policies apply.
- Local Taxi Transfers: 5-minute grace period; 30-minute No-Show policy.
4. Wait Time and Surcharge Policies
- Wait Time Charges: Varies by vehicle type; charges apply 15 minutes post prearranged time.
- Late Night/Early Morning Surcharge: $25 for specific vehicles; $10 for local taxi transfers.
- Holiday/Peak Surcharge: Recognized holidays and peak days listed; subject to change.
5. Additional Fees
- Extra Stops: Charges vary by vehicle type.
- Meet and Greet Services: Additional $30 fee, plus possible luggage cart fee.
- NY Congestion Zone and Airport Access Fees: As specified by the State of NY and PANYNJ.
6. Rate Review and Vehicle Upgrades
- Post-Order Rate Review: Includes tolls, parking fees, additional stops.
- Vehicle Upgrades: At no charge, subject to availability.
7. Liability and Conduct
- Company Liability: Excludes circumstances beyond control (traffic, weather delays, etc.).
- Lost Items: Not responsible; return delivery fee applicable.
- Conduct and Safety: Termination of service for endangerment or illegal activities; customer responsible for fines.
8. Mechanical Breakdown and Damages
- Mechanical Issues: Responsibility limited to rescheduling.
- Damage Liability: Financial liability for damages caused by clients or their party.
9. Payment Terms
- Payment Methods: Accepts various credit cards and cash.
- Payment Timing: Due before the beginning of the service.
